Why You Should Own & Use A Vibration Plate: The Health & Fitness Benefits

In the constantly changing world of health and fitness, there is one piece of equipment that is popping up all over, the vibration plate. These machines once used only by elite athletes and rehab clinics are now gaining popularity in home gyms and for good reason. When I first discovered vibration plates, I was doing research on things I could do to improve the condition of my legs. They feel heavy, they are covered with both spider & varicose veins and, frankly, they look awful. Through my research I learned that I may have an issue with lymphatic drainage.
